Easy Refund Process

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at after-sales@daddyloco.com with your full name and order number. Our customer service team will respond promptly with further instructions.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure all items in the package are intact. If items do not meet these criteria, the buyer will be responsible for any incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
  • Return Shipping: For non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs; for refunds due to quality issues, Daddyloco will cover the shipping fee.

Items not eligible for return include final sale items and free gifts. Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind) generally do not qualify for returns. For defective items, please email us a photo showing the issue after submitting your return request.

Note: Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.

How to Make Your Return

  2. Do not return items to the address on the package you received, as this will delay processing.
  3. Return packages must be authorized; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Fast Refund

Once we receive your returned item in its original packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within one week.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact after-sales@daddyloco.com for detailed instructions. Daddyloco will cover the cost of exchanges due to quality issues, while the customer will bear the cost for errors in size or color.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped or produced. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Typically, orders must wait until you receive the goods before applying for a return.
